For the 2007-08 winter season, we have been requested by the area to pay closer attention to respiratory injuries. A stethoscope is an essential piece of equipment for listening to lung sounds. Michal Bryc recently purchased a BP Cuff and Stethoscope which costs $13 and works fairly well. Blood pressure cuffs and stethoscopes are also available in the first aid room, but are rarely found on the hill unless a patroller owns and carries them.
